Terms and Conditions — par888 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and par888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the par888 website, mobile applications and all related services. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you are accessing par888 on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that you accept responsibility for their compliance. These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — via web browser, the Android APK, the iOS app or any other means.

Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend revisiting this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To register and use par888 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. par888 is strictly an adult platform. Underage use is prohibited absolutely.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering your own account for your own personal use. Creating accounts on behalf of others or operating an account commercially on behalf of third parties is not permitted.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your real name, a valid email address and a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential at all times.
• Do not share your account with anyone else, including family members.
• Notify par888 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• par888 will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• We reserve the right to close or suspend accounts that show signs of sharing, fraudulent registration or any other suspicious activity.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at our discretion. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

All deposits and withdrawals on par888 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time.

The minimum deposit is PKR 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method. par888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within two hours during standard operating conditions. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays or where verification is required.
• Funds deposited must be your own. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or otherwise illegitimate means is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to perform additional checks on deposits or withdrawals that appear unusual in size or frequency.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion or fraud investigation. We will communicate the reason for any hold via your registered contact details.

All bets placed on par888 — including sports betting on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports, as well as fish shooting games, bingo and live casino — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. General rules applying to all betting and gaming activity include:

• Bets are only accepted when confirmed by the platform and a valid bet reference number is generated. Until confirmation, a bet is not live.
• par888 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human error in odds compilation. Where bets are voided, the stake is returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the moment of placement. Bets placed at odds that were generated in error during technical faults may be voided.

• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity including using stolen payment methods, chargebacks or reversed transactions after winnings have been paid.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Systematically abusing bonus offers across multiple accounts or devices.
• Any activity intended to gain unfair advantage over other players in multi-player games or bingo rooms.

par888 reserves the right to retain any funds associated with accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed, pending investigation. We also reserve the right to share relevant information with law enforcement agencies where required by law.

• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by par888.

Betting and gaming involve risk. Losses are a normal and expected part of gambling. par888 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from your betting or gaming decisions.

par888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform and, where significant, via email to registered players. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
